An exciting position has become available in Heirloom Seals for a Social Media Content Creator! If you eat, sleep and breathe Instagram and are obsessed with all things creative & handmade - then this is the role is for you!

Our Social Media Content Creator will spearhead content creation, posting across all of our social channels (predominantly Instagram). You will work directly with our director to create captivating content for our social channels and grow the brand's overall presence & personality online.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create engaging reels with cohesive lighting, beautiful storytelling and strong engaging captions.
• Create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily across all social media channels.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest editing tools and social media trends.
• Work with the marketing team to create, design and implement social media strategy to align with our business goals.
• Respond to all customers comments & queries across our social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate must love crafting and making things by hand, be incredibly detail-oriented and have a love of making things perfect.
• They must be highly organised and efficient and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• They must be comfortable editing videos and photos for social media, and creating captivating reels with cohesive lighting, beautiful storytelling and strong engaging captions/hooks.
• They must have excellent copywriting skills and a good knowledge of the importance of keywords.
• They must have proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Skills & experience have as much value as qualifications. Graphic design skills or photography skills are a distinct advantage.
• Location : In-person or online/virtual positions will be considered for the right candidate.
