- All products are fully customisable.
- Proofs are not automatically issued, but we are happy to supply one if requested. Note : this may delay production time.
- We package our Cake Toppers using secure and fully recyclable packaging materials.

PRODUCTION

• Cake Toppers are engraved and shipped from our studio in Ireland.

• Production time is 1-3 business days for most orders. Custom illustrations will take longer. (If proofs are requested, this lead time will commence following proof approval)

SHIPPING

• All orders are shipped via Express Tracked Shipping. (Prices + estimated shipping times are available at checkout).

• FREE Tracked Shipping over €100 is available for Ireland, UK, USA & Canada.

• Courier upgrade is available at checkout.

• Affordable Shipping Insurance is available at checkout. We HIGHLY recommend that this is purchased (even for free shipping). Once your heirloom order has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays, damages or missing parcels. This insurance will mean that you are covered for refund or replacement for any unfortunate issues that may occur. The mail system is under a great deal of pressure at the moment so this is a very affordable and highly recommended purchase. It's the peace of mind to ensure your heirloom investment arrives safely.

• Our wood is sourced from FSC certified forests and our Raw Wood (MDF) material is also made locally in Ireland.

• Our acrylic is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. In addtion to this, we save all of our waste off-cuts and recycle these as well.

• Our packaging is proudly 100% recyclable.

• We give back. A portion of every sale goes to Lauralynn – Ireland’s only children’s hospice.

• We believe in a world where doing good is simply a part of business.
