STANDARD BLACK EMBOSSER
• Ergonomically designed and is suitable for use as both a pocket seal and a desk seal.
• Black and chrome finish.
• Embosser engraved inserts are removable and interchangeable. You can order multiple replacement inserts to use in your standard embosser tool.
• Available in 41mm | 1.6" and 51mm | 2" plate sizes.

Note : Proofs are not automatically issued, but are available upon request.
PRODUCTION
• Embossers are engraved, assembled, tested and shipped from our studio in Ireland.
• Production time is 3-5 business days for most orders (from proof approval, where proofs are requested).
*Custom design orders and custom illustration orders take longer and are always issued proofs for approval, the 3-5 business day production time starts AFTER final approval is received.
SHIPPING
• All orders are shipped via Express Tracked Shipping. (Prices + estimated shipping times are available at checkout).
• FREE Tracked Shipping over €100 is available for Ireland, UK, USA & Canada.
• Courier upgrade is available at checkout.
TARIFFS & CUSTOMS FEES
• Due to the ever-changing global trade climate and varying regulations by country, Heirloom Seals is unable to estimate or include duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import fees at the time of purchase.
All international orders may be subject to additional charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges—including but not limited to duties, VAT, tariffs, and brokerage fees—are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/recipient.
By placing an international order with Heirloom Seals, you acknowledge and accept that any such additional costs will be paid by the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges or product pricing.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
• Affordable Shipping Insurance is available at checkout. We HIGHLY recommend that this is purchased (even for free shipping). Once your heirloom order has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays, damages or missing parcels. This insurance will mean that you are covered for refund or replacement for any unfortunate issues that may occur. The mail system is under a great deal of pressure at the moment so this is a very affordable and highly recommended purchase. It's the peace of mind to ensure your heirloom investment arrives safely.
• Our black embossers carcasses are made using 100% green electricity.
• The black plastic elements on the embossers are made using 98% post-consumer plastic.
• All waste from engraving the inserts is saved and recycled through a recycling program.
• Our packaging is proudly 100% recyclable.
