• Wax Stamps are engraved, assembled, tested and shipped from our studio in Ireland.

• Production time is 3-5 business days for most orders (from proof approval, where proofs are requested).

*Custom design orders and custom illustration orders take longer and are always issued proofs for approval, the 3-5 business day production time starts AFTER final approval is received.

• All orders are shipped via Express Tracked Shipping. (Prices + estimated shipping times are available at checkout).

• FREE Tracked Shipping over €100 is available for Ireland, UK, USA & Canada.

• Courier upgrade is available at checkout.

• Affordable Shipping Insurance is available at checkout. We HIGHLY recommend that this is purchased (even for free shipping). Once your heirloom order has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays, damages or missing parcels. This insurance will mean that you are covered for refund or replacement for any unfortunate issues that may occur. The mail system is under a great deal of pressure at the moment so this is a very affordable and highly recommended purchase. It's the peace of mind to ensure your heirloom investment arrives safely.

Our bespoke European brass is turned and polished especially for us. In our studio, the brass is deeply engraved with care and attention to the finer details, before adding a beautiful turned handle. We create heirloom quality wax stamps that will last a lifetime.
