Once you’ve finished using your embosser to create your beautiful impression on paper, the best way to store it is to disassemble it. Even easier than assembling your embosser, this will make your embosser more compact, and help keep it safe from breakages.
Step One
Make sure your embosser handle is fully lifted. Pinch your embosser insert together between your thumb and fingers and pull it forward out of the embosser’s “mouth”.
Step Two
Making sure your embosser handle is fully lifted, pinch your embosser insert together like you did for step one and slide it “tail to tail” into the embosser handle - the embosser insert slides tail-first into the embosser handle’s tail end, between the handle and the bottom.
Step Three
Push in the insert as far as it will go and lower the embosser handle to cover it. This will keep your embosser insert stable and safe.
Tip: To save your embosser from gathering dust and becoming damaged, we recommend keeping it in either a fabric bag or in a hard case.
