This winter wedding featured botanical, minimal and timeless elements throughout. The colour palette is very much representative of the time of year with cool shades of green and off white. The subtle use of blush pink adds a touch of warmth without taking away from the overall wintery aesthetic.
Lisa did a beautiful job of adding subtle tactile detailing whilst maintaining a minimal & refined aesthetic. The tension between minimalism and luxury was perfectly balanced within this stationery suite. The raised detailing on our wax seal contrasts the deep embossed elements on the stationery, creating a multi-layered, tactile and textural finish. The use of silver around the edge of the invite completes this look adding a subtle richness while keeping with the overall simplistic aesthetic.
Inspired by the botanical aspect of this collection, Lisa selected our wreath wax seal design. It compliments Sophie & Jim’s custom crested monogram illustration enveloped by branches. Our matte white sealing wax was the perfect accompaniment, almost adding the illusion of snow to this wintery design. Thick card, embossed with white ink, wrapped in a vellum wrap, entwined with delicate white thread and then hand stamped with a white wax seal - this suite has layers of texture, layers of detailing and simply exudes luxury. Tactile perfection from the Paperknots studio - as always.
